1. Call us at (800) 992-3417 (or locally in Albany, NY: 518-459-0037).
   

2. For expediting ordering purposes, have:
   a.  The model number(s) that you want, and the quantities.
   
   b.  The name, address, and phone number to whom you are sending  the item(s), or the date and time you will be picking up your order.
   
   c.  Your credit card number ready (Visa, Discover, or MasterCard are accepted).  Cash and checks are accepted if you are picking up your order or are paying in advance.

3. Shipping Info:  

A $5.00 handling charge will be applied to each item ordered.  New York Residents will be charged 8% sales tax.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada, and Virgin Island Customers will have a shipping charge that varies from what is listed.  Please contact us via email or telephone (518-459-0037) if you wish to know your exact shipping and handling charge.  Normal Delivery Time is 7 to 10 Business Days.

Any damages(s) caused in shipping must be handled between you and the shipper. Closet Crafter is not responsible for shipping damages.
